Requirements:

Overall 10+ years and 5+ Years of Project Management

 

• - Ability to manage multiple projects as a part of Corporate Finance group. Having IT project management in Finance, Master data will be added advantage.
• - Must have handled larger project teams working in parallel from multiple nodes and coordinating Business/IT customers and project development team for desired solution implementation as per SLAs.
• - Experienced in planning using MPP, estimations, delivery process excellence for excellent project monitoring, control and status reporting to various stakeholders.
• - Experience/Exposed to one or multiple DW ETL and BI Analytical tools preferably like Informatica/OWB/OBIEE/BO/OBIA/Noetix.
• - Proven ability to effectively manage business/IT projects with demonstrated capability in the following areas: deliverable management, schedule management, resource management, team development, meeting facilitation, status reporting, financial management, risk management, conflict resolution and communication management.
• - Skilled at leveraging MS Project to build and track individual project plans.
• - Resolves issues or conflicts with stakeholders, IT partners and/or project team, while taking necessary action to meet project schedule and budget.
• - Develops and assists in the implementation of the risk management process including mitigation strategies and at-risk work evaluation, approval and monitoring.
• - Define project scope and deliverables.
• - Strong delivery track record and demonstrable experience of working on medium-sized projects.
• - Provide weekly status reporting.
• - Comfortable working with a variety of IT stakeholders (i.e. Architecture, infrastructure, EDW, BI, etc.) to deliver an IT solution.
• - Deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
• - PMP certified.

 

Must possess excellent communications and other key soft skills needed for Project management, Organization & leadership skills

Bachelor of Engineering/Science/Computer Applications/IT or higher.
