• Overview:

Our client is seeking a F5 LTM-GTM Engineer to manage multiple networks and configure and maintain F5 equipment.

• Responsibilities:

The F5 Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of managing multiple networks and will perform configuration and maintenance on F5 equipment.

• Qualifications:

Position Requirements: No clearance required

Desired Education: Bachelor of Science Degree strongly preferred

• Desired Experience:

Experience (typically gained from 2-3 years) working with:

-F5 LTM and GTM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation.

-Performance of typical operational tasks; issue investigation, ticketing, workflow,Strong networking knowledge, protocols, ports,.

-Excellent follow up skills and internal customer communications,Excellent problem solving background.

-Thorough understanding of large scale network environments.

-Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.

-Process oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

-Excellent, detailed writing skills.

-Well-developed negotiation skills.

-Ability to build consensus.

-Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

 

• Desired Certifications:

-F5 Big-IP Certification desired.

-General security certifications (CISSP et al) preferred.
