Responsible for employing Database Normalization and query optimization, maintain database operations in Oracle 11/10/9 and MS SQL 2000/2005/2008;create and maintain backup operations; perform security audits; test system for security weaknesses and assess potential risks;ensure continuous system performance optimization through application of heuristic principles and the elimination of bottlenecks; perform database structure development; create new objects and reorganize existing objects; engage in PL/SQL development and the implementation of business logic including the extension of application functionality.
