Job Title: ETL/Business Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: long term, 1+ year contract
Required:
8+ years’ experience in developing business & system requirements
Proficient in elicitation and documentation of business, system, interface and data requirements
Experience with requirements prioritization and traceability techniques
Able to perform impact analysis from requirement and/or changes
Effective in developing test plans and UATs based on business and system requirements
Solid written and oral communication skills. Proficient in use of productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Excellent organization skills with ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
Able to independently structure work tasks, track and report on progress to stakeholders.
Able to build relationships and effectively interface with programmers, analysts, project managers and other technical associates to explain requirements and recommended solutions.
Experience with managing and/or coordinating small to medium size projects. Comfortable owning enhancement prioritization process for Incentives.
DESIRED:
Experience with both waterfall and lean/agile methodologies
Working knowledge of Incentives processing
Previous experience with ETL and data movement
Working knowledge of databases in general and Sql server in particular. Able to write and troubleshoot SQL queries.
Previous experience with Windows based applications
Previous experience using HP Quality Center
Experienced with preparing for Audit, supporting audit, Disaster Recovery planning and testing
