MICROSOFT EXCHANGE ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

The Engineer/Architect will be responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining an enterprise Microsoft Exchange environment and assisting with technical interviewing and requirements gathering.

Desired Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Desired Experience:

5-7 years of experience installing, configuring and managing Microsoft Exchange environments.

- 2-3 years of experience with IBM Lotus Notes (and Exchange integration).

- Experience configuring and managing BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) for Exchange and Lotus Notes environments.

- Experience drawing and mapping environments with Microsoft Visio.

- Experience with TOGAF.

- Desired skills include experience with Mobile Iron, Android devices (Honeycomb and later), Apple iOS devices and VMWare VID.

- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to communicate complex concepts to customers.

Desired Certifications:

-TOGAF certification preferred.

- General security certifications (CISSP, CISA, GIAC, etc) preferred.

- Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCSE, etc.) greatly preferred.
