Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. Monitor every phase of the software development process so as to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to the standards set by the development company. Test parts of the software at different stages of development and oversees the entire development process from start to finish. Is involved in tasks that include software design, writing source code, control of source code, reviewing code, configuration management, change management, program testing, integration of the software, and release management process. Break up the entire process into goals such as verifications, activities, measurements, abilities, and commitments, keeping the task from becoming overwhelming but maintaining complete control over the entire project as well. Ensure that the final product not only meets the company and governmental guidelines as well as reaches the consumer market at the time appointed by the company. Create test cases to validate service oriented architecture. Help to examine, validate, and test large scale software development projects and build intelligent systems across a variety of customer use cases. Strong automated quality assurance testing background. Experience writing, debugging and executing test scripts. Experience with JavaScript, Selenium, and Appium. Use of integration tools for automation testing. Have used, applied or have strong knowledge of the following: JSON, Jenkens, REST, XML, Data mining, Data parsers (have written or modified), Test NG.

Minimum Degree: Master’s Degree in Information Technology

Exp. required: 24 months as Software QA Engineer
